The Effective Leadership Institute offers in-depth educational tools for developing and enhancing personal leadership skills. For both seasoned executives and those new to leadership roles, LGW's Effective Leadership Institute provides the tools and self-knowledge to become a stronger, more effective leader.

Each participant will analyze his or her personality and its effect on leadership style and learn how to leverage it in personal and professional endeavors.

Offered in a classroom setting in partnership with Cook Ross, Inc., coursework will focus on communication, team-building, emotional intelligence and diversity.

REGISTRATION FEES
$4,500 for LGW members, $5,500 for non-members; tuition assistance is available. The Effective Leadership Institute is offered one day each month from January to June. Join our mailing list to receive updates about LGW and our programs.
